The operation safety of the elevator is of great importance. How to ensure that the elevator control program never makes mistakes, this must be started from the perspective of program control to ensure that the program is completely correct before access to the elevator control system. The PLC control system should be carried without safety before it reaches the elevator. Loading and debugging, it is not connected with the external equipment such as the motor, the PLC control system debugging work alone. After all the analog debugging is completed, the electrical and mechanical equipments such as the motor can be connected well for on-site debugging.

After all the simulations have been completed, electrical and mechanical equipment such as motors can be connected and field commissioned. After the on-site commissioning is completed, the operating data is determined before it can finally be delivered to the actual application.

   1. Elevator simulation and debugging


   Under normal circumstances, elevator hardware and software development and debugging simulation work are performed in the laboratory. In the debugging process of the experimenter, no additional load is required and the diode can be used to simulate the load. During the debugging, the experimenter can use analog buttons or analog switches to simulate the input and feedback signals of the elevator control system. The commissioning of the elevator is mainly to confirm that the elevator can get accurate feedback for different input signals, observe the status of each component and position of the elevator at the same time, and ensure that all procedures or actions are consistent with the expectation.

2. Elevator installation and commissioning


  After the simulation of the lift is over, it can be installed and debugged. Installation and commissioning is an important part of the entire commissioning process. The success or failure of commissioning has a great influence on later use. The installation and debugging is a very time-consuming and laborious process. Therefore, the commissioning personnel need to be patient and patient. Before the installation and commissioning, it should first be determined that the various components of the elevator and the type of electromechanical equipment meet the requirements. In addition to the functional requirements that must be satisfied, the appearance of the elevator should also be taken into consideration, and whether it meets the aesthetic standards. After the determination is complete, assemble and start debugging. The installation and commissioning of elevators involves many switches, steps, and buttons, and various problems that may arise during the debugging process. Therefore, detailed descriptions will not be given here, and only some of the typical types of commissioning will be described.


  (1) Single instruction operation debugging


  This debugging method is relatively simple, it is to check the implementation of the simplest operation. If the elevator passes the single-command operation and debugging, it can perform complex debugging. For example, we use floor selection as an example to illustrate the single instruction debugging process. For example, the elevator car is now on the second floor. After the passenger enters the elevator, he goes up to the fifth floor by pressing the button on the fifth floor. After the passenger presses, the internal command X020 after the 5th layer button signals and the button Y027 lights up. When the motor started working, the car rose. When the 5th floor was reached, the control system issued a command and Y027 went out, which means that the 5th floor button went out. Single-instruction debugging is the simplest link in installation and commissioning, and it is also the most intuitive part of observing elevator execution instructions. In single-instruction mediation, the experimenter issues instructions and the elevator can immediately operate according to this instruction without any other conditions and can be regarded as complete.

(2) Complex operation debugging


   Complex debugging is an important part of ensuring the safety and reliability of elevators. In complex debugging, the debugging personnel has no logic or regularity to send signals to the various components of the elevator to check the operation of the elevator. If the elevator does not operate according to the given signal, the cause should be found in time and change immediately. Since complex debugging does not have regularity and inconvenience, it is not explained in detail.


   3. Program debugging and operation monitoring


   No matter what kind of procedure, there may be unexpected problems in the process of its preparation. If these problems are not discovered in time, it may affect the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, after the program is completed, the program must be debugged and monitored, and the problems found in the program must be discovered and corrected in time.
